RAVEYPAA is a first-year Rural Area Values Everyday
Young People of Alcoholics Anonymous Festival
created by people in Green County, Wisconsin;
that supports young people—and the young at heart—who have a
desire to stop drinking. Steeped in AA’s 12 Steps, 12 Traditions, and 12 Concepts of World Service, RAVEYPAA exists to carry the message of sobriety to the still-suffering alcoholic while creating a welcoming and relatable
environment for fellowship, connection, and service.
As a brand-new conference, RAVEYPAA is excited to bring together attendees for a weekend filled with DJs, Music, Speaker meetings, Workshops, Panels, Games, and Fellowship events designed to inspire connection and growth in sobriety. Through shared experience, participants can share their stories, strength, and hope while discovering that recovery and service can both be meaningful and a mind blowing amazing time.
Beyond the weekend itself, RAVEYPAA hopes to serve as a bridge—helping people become more involved in AA service at the local and area levels while building unity throughout the recovery community. What started as an idea between friends through service work has grown into the first ever RAVEYPAA, carrying the message that a joyful sober life is possible.
